SHIPPING DELIVERY POLICY
This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms:

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer free Standard shipping on Orders over $100.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Due to labor and capacity limitations, orders can take up to 6 weeks for processing. Shipping times start once orders are completed. All serialized firearms or firearm parts must be sent to
an active FFL. FFLs can take up to 2 weeks to verify.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping. Free Standard shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries, and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties
over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live, and will be responsible
for any such additional costs or taxes.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
All serialized firearms or firearm parts can only be shipped to an active FFL
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels
attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@renegadefirearmsllc.om to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an
RMA number, place the item securely in its packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least fourteen to twenty-one
(14-21) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Completed firearms
- Firearm parts, serialized or not
- Opened packaging
- Worn or used articles
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
- Custom orders are non-refundable under any circumstances
- Firearms that leave Renegade Firearms, LLC en route to FFL will not be returnable unless a manufacturing defect is discovered and verified, AND the firearm has not been fired. All efforts to replace broken or damaged parts or pieces will be made. RMA is required for any circumstance.
